I really like the taste but I'm finding I have this buzzing feeling at first and then my energy drops so suddenly. I was recommended it by someone I know but I'm finding it's just so quick (15 minutes at most). Has anyone else tried it?

For hundreds of years, scientists have known about four basic tastes: sour, sweet, salty and bitter. More recently, a Japanese chemist discovered a fifth basic taste, umami, which is triggered by monosodium glutamate, or MSG, as it's more widely known. Umami, perhaps best described as savory, is...
If you could only eat one food (one ingredient) what would it be?
Think about macro's and micro's. Ability to satisfy hunger, ease of preparation and of course taste.

Australian scientific breakthrough could make beer taste better
Your mug of beer could soon taste way more awesome thanks new a new scientific breakthrough. Source...
I though about starting this for a while, I know taste is a personal thing, but reviews can still be a guide. May be this can become a sticky?
It would be great if all spam was kept out of this so it can become a reference thread and if people could use the same template to post their reviews...
I have briefly seen some organic brands thrown around but a brand mentioned the most is Professional Whey. However, it is never discussed and debated in great detail. It seems that this is the best of the local products that is organic. Most of the reviews seem very generic and a majority of...
So after 2 years of waking at 430 to go to the gym, I've decided to stop waking the whole house up and start training later in the day..
Problem is I can't handle busy gyms..
Does anyone here train at commercial gyms? And what time do they tend to quite down?
I'm thinking if I train at 7 or so...
When i bake a sweet potato i usally eat it by its self with nothink added to it , some times i might add some sour cream but is there any other flavour i can add to make it easyer to eat?
OK, this isn't the standard whey vs. isolate question about what's best for my muscles. I'm really just worried about flavour. I'm aiming to get the concentrate because it's cheaper but I'm curerntly using isolate due to some past lactose worries.
Anyway, I bought some of the No Bull sample...
What's the difference?
I only just tried WPC for the first time the other day (the first time I've tried any kind of "supplement", actually), and it's a pretty strong taste. Tastes like cow, lol. Or maybe powdered milk, a bit. Not the best, anyway.
Is WPI much different? Stronger/weaker/other...
when i eat cooked (water) chicken breast it is so dry and hard to consume.
Is there a way to make it much better? Like what sauce should i use?
Should i eat it with something?
Any ideas?
I recently bought a kilo of the new choc-orange flavor and some samples of choc-coconut and choc-cherry. Here are my thoughts.
Price 5/5 - This is a common factor among all. I'm a big fan of the NBS pricing policy of getting bulk prices but with the ability of choosing a variety of flavors...
