    To Stronglift or Not?

    After 6 weeks on Stronglifts 5x5, I can't help but wonder why some of my lifts are below those that which many first begin with. I started with the following 17/11/09: Squat 20.3kg 5x5 Bench Press 20.3kg 5x5 Press 20.3kg 5x5 Deadlift 39.3kg 5x5 Inverted Rows, 3x8 Pushups (from the knees)...
