    Body instability

    Ive had a number of surgeries on my left shoulder. Physio does nothing. I feel like the shoulder has been tightened forward too much, and results in pulling my left ribs forward and twisting my body. Anyone else have something similar, and, more importantly, been able to fix it?

    Pull ups

    Hey all. I'm trying to get to the level of a fully fledged pull up. I'm currently on 40kg on the assisted pull up machines. So how do you know when you are ready to move onto the resistant band? I'd imaging there are some stability muscles that aren't being worked on the assisted pull up machine.

    Does my routine need more stabilisers?

    Yesterday switched over to a new routine: Day 1 1x 30x Chin-Ups 1x 10x Barbell Front-Squat with 45kg BB 1x 20x (10 each side) Renegade Dumbbell Rows with 5kg DB Day 2 Same as Day 1 except with 1x 30x Pull-Ups instead of 1x 30x Chin-Ups Rest Plan to have a rest day every 3-4 days. Question...

    Bar Curls - Core Stability

    Whenever I do EZ-Bar / Barbell Curls I'm really wobbly and feel my core having to stabilize as opposed to feeling a burn from tension in my biceps. So instead I just do concentration curls and other stuff sitting down. My question is: Would doing standing bar curls improve my core stability...
