Having an issue when doing my barbel squats, my shoulders and arms are not very flexible at all and i struggle to hold the bar as i do my routine.
What is a good stretch to do to get my shoulders and arms flexible enough to grip the bar better?
Mikhail Koklyaev makes easy work of this heavy squat without using his hands. Most people would struggle to put 290kg up using all of their limbs. I’m pretty sure I blew my knee out just watching this.

My lower back or core seem to collapse forward on my squats even thou its not heavy (60-80kg x 10 reps). I have a solid lower back and core however, and have no issues with dead lifting (150kg 5x5) or on any other lifts.
