How many posts do I have to do before I can post a link?
The main reason I joined this forum is to ask advice regarding 2 half racks in considering buying but I can't cos I can't post the links to them

Workout frequency: 2 days on, 1 day off, 1 day on, 1 day off
Day #1: Chest/Shoulders/Triceps
Day #2: Back/Biceps/Abs
Day #3: Rest Day
Day #4: Quads/Hamstrings/calves
Day #5: Rest Day
Then repeat
Alternatively, you can do two days on and one day off. Just keep rotating the workouts...
In the past Ausbb has had a pretty tight hold on the amount of spam messages that have appeared , this is due to some software that has been running behind the scenes checking ip address of known spammers on a global database against ip address wanting to register on Ausbb - Australian...
As you may have noticed over the last few days Ausbb - Australian BodyBuilding has gotten a surge of spammer posting. As a result i did some searching and found a method that hopefully will curb them somewhat

due to the hit and run spam attacks that we have been suffering lately , we were forced to introduce an AntiSpam mod, so that new members are unable to post links for 10 posts
hate to have to this but dued to abuse it was needed to be done
if members experience any bugs please let us

Due to a certain forum spamming our members via private message , more anti spam measures are needed , its a shame that such a thing needs to be done , but as always its the minority that spoilt it for the rest of us
