So far I've tried the following and they have all been "ok" but nothing fantastic.

I've been on Starting Strength for about 8 months now. My deadlift has gotten up to 150+kg and my squat is 130+kg. I'm quite happy with the progression in these lifts but my bench and military press have seen very little progression (70kg and 50kg+ respectively). I am also only able to...
next week i'll be moving houses so for about 3 weeks i'll be out of the gym until i settle in and find another gym. I am afraid of losing what I gained, i know that i will i lose some but roughly how much of my gain will I lose and how to prevent that or how to slow it down...?
