A few years ago i remember there was an epic DIY Weight Sled that was posted up here. It had the full dimensions for the sled.
It was made from metal.
I did a search and found a thread that contained a heap of sleds made from tyres but the one in my memory had the vertical bars for...
Just out of interest, does anyone incorporate any sled, keg, farmers walk, sandbag training into their regular training routine? Have dragged the spare wheel with weight around the backyard and have been looking into this stuff as something different to do for conditioning or just for the hell...
