    Bodybuilders with scoliosis?

    how does it effect your training? do you need to do anything different compared to conventional training?

    HAHA...well. I usually squat lower reps, around 4-6. During the squat I feel fine, however once I've put it back on the rack, my back starts to hurt for maybe 30-60 seconds afterwords.
