I failed to qualify for the Nationals in Darwin last weekend. (actually, I'm lucky I didn't bomb in the Bench!)
So I am flying over to Melbourne next weekend. As I am a poverty struck second year sport science student, I am looking for someone to cart my sorry ass from the...

a nice sunny blue sky day?
some tunes ?
watching some vids?
learning that new trick ?
for me , it would have to be waking up looking out the bedroom window and seeing that clear blue sky outside
but then mid afternoon the heat starts kicking in , zapping all the motivation
there are those that just wanna jump on the bike and go , and then their are those that like to know I'm the type that wants to know:

Any of you guys go for pre-work/school ride?
What about in Winter?
i'm not that motivated to go for a ride before work , i find it it better to go out for a couple of hours after work. Stops you vegging in front of the TV too
just curious. I usually ride two X 3-4km rides a day. Its probably not as much as you guys/gals, but I was just curious how my riding compares to yours.
oh yeah, my usual ride is 2 k's uphill, 2 k's down, and 1 k on a flat road.
