I'm looking to build a basic home gym, and was wondering if anyone knows where I can get a power rack (preferably with a pull up bar) that is about 1.8m-1.9m.
My garage ceiling has a height restriction of about 2m

Whenever I do EZ-Bar / Barbell Curls I'm really wobbly and feel my core having to stabilize as opposed to feeling a burn from tension in my biceps. So instead I just do concentration curls and other stuff sitting down.
My question is: Would doing standing bar curls improve my core stability...
