I got my Ct scan results back and it said.
No evidence of disc herniation or spinal canal narrowing. No bony abnormality identified. The doctor reckoned it must be torn ligaments...
Just wondering what your thoughts are on the type of training to give the best results. Heavier weights with less reps or more reps with lighter weights? I had friends who were given gym programs where there were about 20 reps per set yet when I used to train years ago we did heavier weights...

Just wondering where I can view results of natural bodybuilding contests, including images? There was, I think, one held down NSW south coast in the last few weeks. Doesn't seem to be much in the media (no surprise I guess).

We have other record boards on here, I'm not a fan of unsupervised lifting boards. We finally have members on here competing at powerlifting, sans equipment. That means only a belt is allowed, no wraps or suits of any kind.
