I reckon taurus would be number one, but Gerry would be second.
Not only is Gerry strong as a Bull but he's conditioned to do most hard physical activities.

What squat shoes do you guys reckon are any good for powerlifting? Looking for something that won't cost $300 or some retarded price like that. Something $100-150 or less would be nice, with a elevated heel for squat depth and bench press.
Anyone have good bulking results with Vitargo that justifies the price?

Only used a few times because they didn't fit my feet. I have size 8 but I reckon it's more suitable for Size 9.

There's been a lot of talk in the media lately about Halal certified food.
Speculation about the monies paid goes to Islamic groups (terrorists).
Should we be made to rat Halal certified food to please a minority group? Should it be kept separate from non halal food in the supermarket such as...
One question which I cannot seem to find an answer to, and it may be that I am not phrasing it correctly is - is anabolism systemic or purely localised?
Let me elaborate...
One of the main premises that proponents of high frequency training espouse is that recovery and hyper-anabolic activity...

Has anyone tried this style of training?
it is essentially wrapping the end of a limb (example biceps- wrapped at insertion near shoulder) with a pressure of 6-7/10 then pumping a lighter weight.
the wrap allows blood into the muscle, but does not allow it to return.
results are extreme...
