A change of program is needed at this in my lifting shenanigans to freshen things up in the gym. I like the PPL program because I want to reduce volume per session but increase frequency and intensity as I embark on a lean bulk over the next few months. I have done my best to achieve a 2:1 pull...

I have been dieting for a while, hit 88.5kg, but my waist still has somewhere to go to get to 85cm (now 90cm), a measurement which will have me lean (hopefully under 8%) and correlates with following link for bb, albeit I am probably more built like a college swimmer.

Hey guys,
I'm trying to figure out the significance of BCAA ratios.
Wouldn't it make sense to just have a big dose of each (as much as your body can process at one time) or do they function together only at a certain dose?

do you do more pressing movements than squeezing?
I do 50% pressing and 50% squeezing on my chest day

Just wondering what your thoughts are on the type of training to give the best results. Heavier weights with less reps or more reps with lighter weights? I had friends who were given gym programs where there were about 20 reps per set yet when I used to train years ago we did heavier weights...

Hi, I am getting a bit confused about what my nutrient needs might be to keep building muscle mass. I'm looking to set out a bit of a diet plan for myself.
I've read the whole 40/40/20 before, I'm not really convinced, just interested on what some folks on here might recommend? I am guessing...
