Hi guys,
had this rack for about a year and only just bothered to un-box the high low pulley that came with it. Trouble is its not making much sense to me, don't have the instructions on hand and swear I must be missing a few pieces....anyway any chance someone could upload a few close up...
Has anyone else noticed that if they clean the bar from the floor prior to overhead presses rather than just lifting it out from the rack at chest height, you are able to press more weight / the same weight feels easier?
I am trying to work out why on earth this would be the case for me - my...
Ok listen up. This guide will give you 3 simple steps to achieving a body like Zyzz's. But understand that you won't look exactly like the original, there is only one Zyzz, but you can unleash the Zyzz within you.
The key to Zyzz was that he was aesthetic. That mean't he was shredded (low...
Yo, thinking of setting myself and my mate up at home with some equipment. Looking around the net, this package looks to be pretty sweet. Any thoughts?

Hi guys, this is my first post on this forum.
Finally decided to make the switch from a commercial gym to a home gym for a variety of reasons. I'm basing my home gym around a power rack, bench and oly bar/plates (i focus on the big 3 for the most part).
This is the rack I have been seriously...
Hi guys, I've been training on and off for about 2 years now and my limitation has always been the equipment I've got at home.
I want to upgrade to something that will last me a lifetime so I'm looking for a good quality power rack.
This "Commercial Olympic Heavy Duty Multi Power Rack" looks...
So my cousin has fallen victim to the P90x program and I'm trying to convert him to lifting weights like you know, a man! Sorry ladies of ausBB, I mean, like a real "person" :p
He's not fat and he's quite strong for the limited amount of lifting experience he has so I thought the P90x is not...
So you may recall this thread regarding open vs closed racks. I ended up going with the muscle motion closed rack and basically my kids messy play area has gone from this:
to this:
and something to give me a hand with chinups:
I require a CLOSED POWER RACK in which the side safeties can be set at 190cm or taller to suspend a barbell at 190cm or taller.
The Force USA CPR is one but does anyone know of any others??
Cheers and thanks in advance
Hey guys,
I'm finally putting together my garage gym after cancelling my gym membership once and for all. I'm looking at getting a power/squat rack, bench, barbell and bumper plates.
Due to space constraints, I've narrowed down my options to either the Rogue S-2 squat rack or the Iron Edge...
BPR02 Power Rack with High Low Pulley
I currently have a rack this size. Its the bodymaker version bought off ebay like 6 or 7 years ago. Has 2" tubing.
The size suits me well, but I am starting to out grow it. I am kinda concerned as my squat pushes up closer to 180 that the rack won't be...
Sup guys,
Hoping that there are some Ausbrah's out there to help me figure this out (or anyone who knows what Australia can get a hold of). Been looking through threads for a good 2 days and still can't decide.
I'm pretty much after the best power rack I can get with $1000-1500. Given i don't...
My 1st post is a question sorry
I'm seriously considering getting this rack as it looks pretty solid but the weight ratings seem a bit exaggerated. Could any owners tell me the pros and cons of this unit. Also if anyone has the lat pulldown, is it of good quality ?.
Thanks,
Marcus

As much as i really want the MM commercial rack, it looks like i might be forced to put my rack in the garage at this point which doesn't have the clearance to pull the commercial spotter rods out the front. (and i'll be going side on to maximise bar space width wise, so my front to back...
Does anyone know if there is a rack lat attachment that it would be possible to bolt to the muscle motion commercial rack? I like the commercial rack as a hoe gym option, but in my 3mx3m work out space a lat pulldown is only going to fit my layout as a rack attachment
Hi,
I'm considering setting myself up a home gym in my spare room, I definitely want a rack, barbell, weights, dumbbells, and i'm strongly considering a lat pulldown/low row combo as well.
I've got a roughly 3m x 3m room (there is a double door out the front so i do have some extra...
