My last order from AMINOZ had 4 samples of PWO's included. Here's my thoughts on them (CTD's Noxipro, iSatori's PWR, San's FIERCE and Bpi's 1.M.R):
CTD - NOXIPRO
Sample sachet includes 2 servings, but being a sane tester for a new product, I just had about 3/4 of a serving. Good taste...
As above really do you need one? I would be hitting my macros without having pwo shake anyway and eating dinner about 20min after I finish the gym?
What's your thoughts?

i'm considering either:
- 35g WPC + 35g dextrose OR
- 35g WPC + 35g oatmass
followed by a full meal about 30 minutes later.
which would you choose and why?
i prefer option 1, simply because the dextrose flavours the protein so you can use unflavoured protein which is cheaper. not to...
It's my understanding for lean mass gain you're better off using something like oatmass as your pwo carb source as opposed to dextrose? tell me if I'm wrong
