Does anybody here do an incline and flat bench press exercise in the same workout ? What's the logic begun this..
Eg,
Incline bp (weight)(8 reps)(3 sets)
Flat bp (weight)(8 reps)(3 sets)
Other exercises...
It's the outside of the upper left arm - between the bis and tris, basically. It persists for some time, once I've done some pressing (happened the last three times now).
Really messing with the presses (bench and overhead). Also, I'm a bit worried it could be something worse than just a minor...
do you do more pressing movements than squeezing?
I do 50% pressing and 50% squeezing on my chest day
Incline Dumbbells 4 sets
Weighted Dips 4 sets
Incline Db Fly 4 sets
Cable Crossovers 4 sets
and you? what works best for you?
I'm currently in the first month of Starting Strength and I have a question regarding my stance when pressing.
You see, as I'm quite tall, when I press I sometimes hit the ceiling of my power rack, but I've found if a take a considerably wider stance I can avoid this.
Would any problems arise...
