Hi All,
Does anyone know where I can get just plain old BCAA's?
The ones that are not instantised. Just plain old untasty, doesn't mix well, unflavoured BCAA's.
Thanks.
Richie

Anyone know where to get these in Brisbane?
The plates I find in the stores up here are the grey easygrip type, or with some sort of pattern on them. I just don't like the look. I'm after some like the guy in this vid is using - JAMES HENDERSON 10 MINUTES TO 6 - YouTube
Good vid, btw...
Can't remember if i posted this vid before but I would seriously like to know if this exercise has benefits or just plain stupid.
Please watch?
Clever or asking for trouble?
I have introduced rice back into my diet.
At the moment I am just having plain basmati rice but it is as bland as cardboard. How can I jazz up the flavour without adding too many cals, sugar and fat?
Help, I'm desperate.
How do you eat your cottage cheese?
For the first week (started new diet 2 weeks ago), it was plain from the tub.
Last night I added a small tin of tuna to the tub, just for convenience and to make it quicker.
I was pleasantly suplised that the whole thing ended up tasting like smooth tuna...
