Just a quick, 'low-carb' homemade pizza - chicken, olives, mushroom all on a wholemeal tortilla wrap.. with lite mozzarella and a sprinkle of fresh Parmesan. Got the idea off someone else on the forum - turned out great !
I got a little bit of a back injury about 6 weeks ago and my diet and training went out the window until just over a week ago.
I was eating junk/fast food daily, almost every day, sometimes twice a day.
Was skipping breakfast alot too.
Anyway, back on track now and eating healthy again for lean...

i'm trying to figure out how to make one which is high in complex carbs, high in protein, low in sat fats, high in unsat fats, high in fibre, low in sugar... yeah a whole lot aint it.
For vegetables i've got...

400g Wholemeal Flour
350ml luke warm Water
1 Teaspoon Yeast powder
5 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1/4 Teaspoon Salt (Optional...

1/4tsp dried yeast
pinch salt
pinch castor sugar
75ml luke warm water
Place yeast, sugar, salt and flour in bowl and mix
Gradually add water to flour, mixing to create a dough.
Knead on a well floured surface for 10 minutes

1 small onion
1 medium tomato
