Hi all,
Having issues with my shoulder and in need of a good physio.
I am located in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne.
I know an excellent one (Andrew Lock) but he is booked out for quite a while.
Can anyone recommend anyone in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne.
Any feedback would be great...

Ive had a number of surgeries on my left shoulder. Physio does nothing. I feel like the shoulder has been tightened forward too much, and results in pulling my left ribs forward and twisting my body. Anyone else have something similar, and, more importantly, been able to fix it?

I've been getting lots of pain up my shins and on the top of my feet while running at rugby training. I've been training almost 7x a week lately and its hard but i thought the pain might be coming from running the barbell up my shins when deadlifting but i doubt it somehow because its not...

Just after a good physio around the Frankston area, last physio I went to did more harm than good so I'm somewhat reluctant to go back to a physio.
