    ok heres mine Squat-180x6 but ive also done 180x5x7 3rd day 3rd week of smolovs.all videoed for depth. Bench-100x14 110x8 120x7(done after a peaking program,i amrapped)122.5x5 Deads-180x12,200x6 205x5 interesting to see yours.

    Do you train to Peak? Can you perform to 99% of your capacity, 100% of the time? This is to be a civil conversation Gentlemen (and Eje lol). This can apply to Powerlifting. Do you only PB at comp? This can apply to Bodybuilding. Do you run at 6% bf all the time? Discuss. Nicely!
