Overtraining or under-recovering?
Some would have you believe that overtraining is a figment of your imagination, and that you better man up / harden up and stop being a sissy! I define overtraining as that which results from what you do in the gym, whilst under-recovering is that which you do...
So I'm a middle aged noob to lifting. Got a decent rack, oly barbell set, and started a basic program from the starting strength on this site. Maybe just concerned about wasting time because of overtraining due to 3x full body workouts a week with other stuff on off days. I'll put what I'm doing...

unless i have read it wrong but from my understanding once a muscle is broken down from training it, you can't break it down any more.
