I'm going to join a gym and start stronglifts 5x5 in 4 weeks.
I have been working out for around 2 months using a york bench and dumbells and happy with results im seeing so far.
I have been doing dumbell rows,upright rows, bench press, dumbell flies, lateral raise, front raise, bicep...
So i walked into the supplement store (Bodizone) and asked about creatine - Two guys in there asked me questions like have i taken creatine before, which i haddent. So they were all over this product called Creadex. I did end up buying just to try it. Though I probably should have stuck to...
Hi guys,
For 3 years I trained light, then heavier, then heaviest.
Eg. Bench 60kg/10 reps, 70kg/8 reps, 80kg/4 reps.
Recently I flipped it: 80kg/6 reps, 70kg/8 reps., 60kg rep till fail.
I find it much better as you are able to lift the heavy weight straight away as your muscles are not...
