Hi All,
Just switched from seated overhead press (slight incline), to standing again.
I realised my grip was way too wide (on the gnurling), and have bought my grip into should width as per the various form guidelines on "proper form". Generally I feel stronger like this too with less shoulder...

Can anyone tell me where I can buy some nose tork or ammonia caps from in australia? Can I just buy liquid ammonia from a chemical supply place, and if so what type?
I have been trying underground elite but they have been out of stock for a while.
Does anyone else suffer from a constant blocked nose?
Rarely I can breath through both nostrils... usually I can breath half-unobstructed through one and the other is full of concrete. The half open nostril varies. When I work out I can usualy breath through both, I guess the mucous dissolves...
over time i have heard different myths , some people have said to breath through your mouth whiles others say breath through your nose .. does it really matter which way you breathe?
