    Pct only got nolvadex, help plz

    It wont be long now until i start my first cycle. 500mg test E per week .5grams of arimidex every 3rd day I could only get Nolvadex for post cycle, Do i use the same amount as suggested on steroids for noobs, or do i up the dose because there is no clomid? Thanx.
