Morning all,
Looking for a bit of advice mainly on how much I should eat.
Brief background, I have lost a 18kg of weight over 12 months and have kept it off for 6 months by training for triathlons, so lots and lots of cardio, now I am wanting to get a bit of size to me.

I wonder if there is a logical way to convert everyday recipes into ones that make use of almond meal, cassein, WPC or WPI? We all have recipes handed down to us which we want to use but for the sake of adventure don't we wanna make a high protein one instead? And preferably reduce the amount of...

1 table spoon self raising flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon chopped chives / chive paste

200gms sweet potato (super soft, 7 mins in the microwave will do this

Low fat, no added sugar, gluten free ... totally squeaky clean snack.
The frosting is great on its own as a bonus.

1.5 cups Oats. (Blend untill a floury texture.)
