We are moving from our current gym in Kallangur which is 110m2, to our new premises in Northgate which is 267m2.

Upper Body Workout - Supersets x 3 sets
Tricep supersets
10 x 8kg Overhead Tricep Extentions
10 x 2.5kg tricep kickbacks...
