Been going to the gym on and off for approximately 10 years on and off while juggling footy/family.
I have put on a fair bit of weight and decided to focus on weight training, 5 days a week, workout would consists of the following:

I want to give this exercise a go, I've never done them but would like to.
My questions;
Do you keep your legs stiff or slightly bent ?, (I have been given conflicting advice on this.)
Do you place the bar high or low?
Is it ok to slightly round your back over or do you keep a flat back...
ive always been a little bit scared of good mornings they look like a good way to hurt your backbut as im always looking at ways of strengthening my back i want to give them a go. would seated good mornings be a better option for someone looking to ease their way into them? i suffer from a bit...
So I tried out good mornings for the first time today and I think that they are an awesome exercise. Just a few questions on them though:
Stiff legged or knees slightly bent? I did them with my knees bent today as I could get a slightly better ROM, still felt a stretch in my hamstrings though...
