I think QLD will take back the title this year.
Most of their big guns are playing well. Thurston, Inglis, Slater, Smith, Cronk.
Where the key NSW players in key position are not. Hodkinson, Reynolds, Moloney etc.
I fear. 3 nil whitewash.
NSW also gave up a home game to Melb. What the fuck...

That's the question.
I don't even own one, and I'm not lifting big yet, I must admit. But I don't want to risk anything I don't have to.
Currently squatting ~125 and deadlifting ~165, and I honestly have no idea when a belt would be necessary... if ever! :)

What are your views on taking pre workouts before sports games. I had a sample of a pre workout which came in the mail which I tried before a game of football and I felt great throughout the game. Any thoughts on whether this is good or bad?
