So my new office is across the road from my gym. Literally. I've decided I like my sleep too much to get up early, and often cave in and just go home after work, so I'm going to have a crack at lunch time sessions.

Today I had a burger with the lot (buns, cheese, onion, beef, lettuce, tomato, beetroot, pineapple, egg and bacon with tomato sauce) and a 1/4 chicken.
It was awesome but I could have down with more. I'm so hungry today.
I bring mine. I'm amazed at how many people buy theirs. From a budgeting perspective you could save some dosh bringing it and put the money to better use.
