I've come across an article talking about hidden sugars in low fat foods. I like to eat low fat Greek yogurt for breakfast. So in the context of body building what is better low fat high sugar vs high fat low sugar foods?

My take on a chocolate and passionfruit protein mousse.
High in protein, low in sugar and fat, high in fibre.
If bulking, you can use cream, milk, coconut cream, whatever instead of water. That would be sensational.

Hey everyone, made these up yesterday and they are seriously awesome. Fist pumping the air type awesome. A serve of just two gives you almost 32g protein and they're light and ultra low fat. Gluten and nut free too and won't cause bloating before a workout.
