    48 is it to late

    Hi, l am new to the forum. l am 48 and weight 75kg, l would like to bulk up big time is it possible at my age or am l pushing it to acheive my goal. l would to increase my body weight by at least 10kgs Do l keep eating fatty foods, joining Jetts on friday week [6Aug] just like to here your thoughts.

    Gotta love late night training. I just finished a Bench, Row and Squat session and I feel fantastic. Why do I feel so much stronger in the late evening compared to the morning or early arvo? Of course late night sessions are practicable when I have to work the next day because I'd be in bed...

    late night training.

    my local gym gets somewhat over crowded at times, so I'm thinking of hitting the gym later at night, around 9pm train, get home, eat, shower and and go to bed. any disadvantages?
