When I get away for the weekend or longer, I try to do some form of cardio at least every 2nd day. I don't watch my diet like a hawk, but I still don't go all out every meal either. Like I've said elsewhere, for me, it's all about balance.

So I head off to the gym today at my normal time , there is only me and a few of the regulars there , so we do the head nod and the oi how's it going and to work on the weights
as time dragged on suddenly there was a huge influx of school kids into the gym , having to fight over the equipment...
Simply will be doing bodyweight squats, pushups and any other work I can think of. Will add some sprints.
Any other ideas while nowhere near a gym on how to keep training?
