Anyone keen to share some experiences after returning from a holiday including ( Alcohol, poor nutritional food, smoking, less sleep etc )
Just returned from 10 day trip and feeling bloated tired and unmotivated,
What helped you get out of the slump, ?

Interested in training approach while in deficit fukkers!!! How would you maintain lean mass...
Imo if your over 20% bf%.... It don't matter... Just lift and concentrate on diet you fat kuntce!!!
Under 20%..... slight deficit with strength training...

In January i am taking a 3 week holiday, i expect i will be able to train 2-3 times each week in a decent gym (i dont want to take a week off, when i have taken time off in the past i lose strength very quickly, usually 10% of squat and dead and 20% off Benching/pressing within 2 weeks off)...
