Is it possible to work Calves effectively without weights?
I used to wonder if Hill Sprints were a good way to work Calves, wondering if the greater the gradient the more the Soleus is activated. Whereas the flatter the Hill the greater the Gastrocnemius is activated. Bro-science?

Hi Chaps and Chapettes,
I was recently discussing an article with a friend of mine, that basically summarised that we're all ultimately attracted to people we feel are physically matched in attractiveness to ourselves.
Now, with that being said, I suppose everyone's perception of 'beauty'...
I'm lactose intolerant and atm I'm using bulk nutrients WPI chocolate but I'm experiencing pretty bad bloating and gas, making me very uncomfortable. What options do I have? digestive enzymes? different protein?
Would like to still have a chocolate flavoured protein and bulknutrients rice...
I originally thought it was the milk, but I tried some lactose free milk for a week and I was fine.
I then added oats back into the equation and I started to fart a lot. And shit a bit more.
I read that oats have a lot of fiber and this can cause it.
Is it unhealthy to continue eating oats...
Hi all,
Just need some opinions on the following -
Not too long ago I purchased my first protein powder as I felt I'd hit a plateau. Till then the only supps I took were a multi, fish oil, glucosamine and mono creatine (all long-term with no issues).
Now I'd had a bit of gastro just before...
