has anyone here tried the Inner Armour
Inner Amour Black Mass-Peak
or
Inner Armour Hard Mass Gainer
I have Cystic Fibrosis and weight abuot 63kg.
I dont have a huge appetite and so im looking at getting a Weight Gainer to Help so that i dont lose to much weight whilst working out...
Calorie balance=Calories in - Calorie expenditure
If you aren't gaining weight, you are not in a positive calorie balance so you need to either cut out all cardio, eat more, or both. Eat more calories than you burn, you will gain weight; eat less calories than you burn, you will lose weight...
I think thats what its called.
Anyone have any success with this method of less is more?
Its for those who seem to struggle to gain strength, apparently if u cut back your training, u get getter results. Its a genetic thing.
