Ok all you Einsteins, tell me your thoughts on bacon.
Most guys here go for protein, protein and then more protein....for obvious reasons. What about bacon though....it ain't too lean, is it a good part of the weight trainers diet?
I rarely have it at home, however I make frequent work trips...

I sleep at least 7 hours a day sometimes more. When i exercise i always have at least one day rest sometimes more. I drink a lot of water and eat a mixture of foods some bad some good.
To me nothing really stands out as to why i would be tired all the time. The only thing i can think of...

I've built lots of dirt jumps before and im looking at adding a berm to my little course. im sure it takes a lot of work but does anyone have any tips on building one? any advice is appreciated
