There are a few of us who like the Olympic lifts, so I thought I would add a thread for such lifts, although you can do anything to get weight up from shoulders (military, push press, power jerk, or jerk).
I will rank lifts in accordance to Sinclair method, used by Olympic lifting.

Not having a go at anyone here but jusy out of curiousity, why do alot of powerlifting style trainers post in this forum and not the powerlifting forum?
"ZOMG, whos that fat dude?" "do I even lift?" etc. etc.
So I've been going to the gym for 1.5 years prior to that zero weight training. I farked around for probably a year of that, got serious about pushing up my numbers for the past 6 - 8 months or so.
