Another Ring Dip thread on here warns about Ring Dips being dangerous, I assume moreso when fatigue sets in. But getting into them lately I haven't gone anywhere near losing control enough to be worried about it. Perhaps some ergonomic, ergobionic expert can dispute my experience.

I'd like to get a rough idea when the ideal time is to train, I've always trained early in the morning around 6am but I've noticed that if I'm a few meals deep I can train harder and for longer without fatigue.
When do you train and why?

CNS Stimulants range from Caffeine to the Amphetamine family.
Probably someone with experience or from a medical background could answer this.
Do CNS Stimulants actually improve CNS gains or do they just mask fatigue while they're active?

My problem is on my chest tricep day I do 3 -4 sets of weighted dips but then I go to do my bench and drop 5kg odd my usual if I don't start wig the bench . Is this normal or should I rest longer between the exercises.
Just wondering if anyone has had any issue with being constantly in a state of fatigue and foggyness.
- I am tired all the time (now matter how much sleep I get).
- I am constantly sore & don't seem to recover.
- I get injured all the time (even when doing all the warmups, not overlaoding...
Hey,
I went to the doctors 2 days ago, complaining of fatigue. Awating the blood test results this afternoon.
Just wanted to see if anyone else has dealt with anything similar. Tired in the morning, lack of appetite, just not feeling 100%. And how you dealt/fixed it?
Cheers
