    If you could only eat one food (one ingredient) what would it be? Think about macro's and micro's. Ability to satisfy hunger, ease of preparation and of course taste.

    Maintaining Intensity

    Hey everyone Just a question on how you guys maintain a good level of intensity during a workout?, does it come down to nutrition? supps? as I find sometimes towards the end im lacking. Thanks for your replies in advance. Nick

    Is there anything you can do to ease Delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS)?

    and recover faster? How long after DOMS goes away are you fully recovered? I only seen to get it when i do squats :(
