ok I am concentrating on my triceps, and I am doing the lying tricep extensions, and the dumbbell overhead tricep extension. Currently I am using dumbbells and they are 10 kilos. I really feel it after doing 12 reps.
How many sets should I be doing? I try to do 3 sets, but it kills as it burns...

My PT has just changed my program and changed machine bench press? with dumb bell presses. I'm only a skinny piss weak fella, so i've got a 15kg each hand, lying on my back and doing 4 sets of 8 reps.
My wrists start hurting quite a bit when im doing these, is it normal for this to happen...
hi im 14yo male , I've found that when i do dumbell shoulder presses on the last few reps it hurts my shoulders.
My shoulders get this 'burning' feeling and i have to lower the dumbells just to get that stress off my shoulders.
i have read that dumbell shoulder presses are great exercises but...
When doing Incline dumbell presses,i've always started with the db's parallel to my body and then during the lift,when i've got to the top of the exercise I turn my wrists so that the weights are perpendicular to my body
