Hi guys,
I am thinking of buying a roll of astroturf to lay down on a rubberised floor in the gym downstairs to run sleds on.
Anyone know how best to secure it to the ground?
Does it even need securing to the ground?
Would some strong tape run around the edge be good enough?
The stuff i am...
Your challenge, if you sign up, is to make progress updates once a week for 12 weeks. That's it. Simple, right?
You don't have to do amazing things every week, you might have unexpected setbacks, you might even have to put fitness aside while you deal with life stuff for a few weeks. That's all...

Hi Guys,
Fairly new here but I do have a question.
Background
I started a "10 week transformation" exactly 4 weeks ago @79.4 kg , so far i've sat on about 80kg the entire time and now dropped down to 79.5, i still seem to however be retaining a lot of the fat around my torso (this is usually...

I do both of these. I do shoulder width parallel grip pullups...I've tried wider grip palms away grip but basically I'm too weak/shit at it, so I stick with what I can do. I can do 10-11 reps and haven't tried adding weight yet.
I've always read that pullups are superior to pulldowns but I find...
I dont think pull downs are useless if there done heavy and till fail.
In the last few aching reps of each set I like to pause half way and squeeze the muscles, then do later reps starting from the half way point and back only to that half way point.
and I like dips. I used to do kickbacks but...
My Pt just added lat pull downs into my program... though instead of kinda sitting uprightish, shes told me to kinda lean back at a 45' degree angle... i've never seen anyone else do it this way? what are your pro thoughts on it. i guess its just working different muscles?
When doing lat pull downs i do them to the front i'm always trying to keep my form correct , but no matter what i do i don't feel it in my lats or for that matter my biceps either ?
What are some common errors done while doing lat pull downs?
