There are a lot of diets out there such as paleo, veganism, low carb, high carb etc. So nutritionally what would you consider the best restrictive diet and why?
Yes, how far into your cut (time length or bf% reduction progress) before you realised you can no longer progressively overload OR its affecting your training performance in terms of reps and sets?? And so begins the dreaded strength loss.
Or would it be reasonable to say that as long as the...

As part of the routine you are to do deads 3x a week at low weight, high volume. which for me was okay because my max dead is about 150kg. however the volume for deads and squats 3x a week is starting to get a bit too...
I've been thinking about adding a set straight after my regular deads.
Is there a set deficit to go by?

How big is your deficit?
Can you do these Sumo style or do they benefit conventional only?
What weakness do they target?

I've been training for a 2 months now after a brief layoff.
My body weight since the start of the year has been a very steady 83kg at 15% bodyfat, 6ft tall.
Am now on a calorie deficit diet for the past week and weighing 82kg.
My goal is to get to 10% body fat.
Not really training for stength...
Instead of making two threads I'll just make one.
What are peoples views on weetbix, I noticed that this isn't even mentioned or included in diets.
Also, when your weight on reps increases should you also increase your calorie intake? I dont want to loose muscle but I dont want to add extra...
Hey,
MY BMR is 1929 Calories/day. If i lift 3 days a week and do cardio 5 days a week what should be a cal rate per day wit ha deficit of 200-300?
But if i dont eat on a deficit since im lifting and doing cardio that means on the off days im eating over maintenance.
What should i do?
