Hey everyone
Just a question on how you guys maintain a good level of intensity during a workout?, does it come down to nutrition? supps? as I find sometimes towards the end im lacking.

Currently taking N.O Xplode as pre-workout and also on Dymatize creatine.
My query is since N.O Xplode contains creatine when i cycle off dymatize creatine should i stop taking the N.O as well???
i kinda depend on the N.O. as a pre-drink....thats my problem.
