Hi All
This is my first post, I have done a search but cannot find specific threads to my question.
As per the title I have been getting bad cramping and spasms of the forearms, never during training, at night and during the day only, actually during training is the only time I never get them...
It's happened to me several times, where one of my hammies starts cramping up while doing chest dips. I have nfi why the hammies would be affected, but it happens. It's not excruciating, more so distracting....buggers up the set a bit.
Anyone get this? Anyone know the cause and/or preventive...
over the last few months occasionly I have been getting cramps in my upper abs... Its is quite severe and it looks like a massive lump like somone is inside my gut punching out the skin goes that raised....
why would this be occuring in this area.... I do have fairly big abs compared to most...
