    Constant blocked nose

    Does anyone else suffer from a constant blocked nose? Rarely I can breath through both nostrils... usually I can breath half-unobstructed through one and the other is full of concrete. The half open nostril varies. When I work out I can usualy breath through both, I guess the mucous dissolves...

    Constant Farting

    Serious thread, not sure if its the high protein diet? maybe from oats/brown rice/cottage cheese/protein shakes? Literally clear a dance floor/house/room... anyone else rip them all the time? also how to reduce them? kind of dutch oven the misses way to much
