As most are probably aware, I held a PL and stongman comp at my home gym today. It was a great day of lifting and lots of PB's got smashed (one by 15kg I believe!).
Unfortunately not everybody turned up, but it was still a good turn out with 12 lifters attending, and the rain staying...
