Just a quick heads-up guys, it seems that Force USA has upgraded their Semi Commercial Flat / Incline Bench which has had very favourable reviews on this forum.
It's a great opportunity to pick up a solid bench for a bargain. I was able to snag it online for $360 (RRR $595).
Google it and...
After testing my 1RM on Deadlift (160kg) Squat (120kg) and Bench (80kg) I have noticed that my Force USA Commercial Grade Olympic Power Bar (1500lb) is no longer straight. I never dump my deadlifts and I have never dropped the bar on to the safeties.
I am going to take the bar in there today...
Hi guys,
I've posted up this before as i believed at the time i had to downsize. but now have only have the garage, so the bench has to go.
Purchased from Gym direct about 2 years back for $995. It's a solid bench and can be bolted down if needed.
Asking: $350
Pick up: 2141
I know this has been greatly debated on this site, but I wanted an opinion on this rack being used by mostly a 63k female and 70-80k male, we don't plan on lifting heavy, so I wanted to gauge how it would be for us at that weight?
I am upgrading my gym, I am wanting to basically use this cage...
Hi, long time reader first time poster.
I have recently sold my bar / pool table etc and am converting the room to a home gym. I currently use our work gym but am over the waiting periods to use the rack.
Have been reading on here trying to gather as much information as possible and it seems...
Hey people,
I'm staying Melbourne next weekend and don't really want to miss two particular sessions of my training. Anyone a member of, or know of a good gym for me to visit??

As much as i really want the MM commercial rack, it looks like i might be forced to put my rack in the garage at this point which doesn't have the clearance to pull the commercial spotter rods out the front. (and i'll be going side on to maximise bar space width wise, so my front to back...
Does anyone know if there is a rack lat attachment that it would be possible to bolt to the muscle motion commercial rack? I like the commercial rack as a hoe gym option, but in my 3mx3m work out space a lat pulldown is only going to fit my layout as a rack attachment
Do you train at home gym, someone elses' home gym, commercial gym (fitness first and family run), hardcore (ptc, bodybuilding/powerlifting gym)?
I have tried training at home when i got my first set of weights and i really lacked motivation and couldn't do any heavy weights (only had like...

Regular training in front of a mirror will eventually lead to impaired physical performance, with specific decreases in reaction time, rate of force development, and...
Hi AUSBB wise members,
I have decided to get a commercial power rack and have narrow my choices to the three below. I know there is some threads on some of these racks which I have read all but it does not seem to answer the questions I have in mind and decided to create my own thread to help...
As above guys, who has one and how does it rate?
i tried 2 barbells in j-hooks sideways through the rack but they are too far apart at 900mm and feels weird.
The proper attachment looks sturdy enough but i wouldn't mind feed back from those who have one. My only real doubt is the attachment of...
Hi guys, this is my first time post.
I am looking to make my own home gym. I will be buying this package, 7 Package Deal_ Commercial Power Rack + Bench + Heavy Duty Olympic Bar + 175kg Rubber Olympic plates
I have read a couple posts about the set, just a matter of personalising for my own...
Just been looking at a few pictures of the muscle motion commercial rack an wondering if it is possible to do deadlifts inside the cage? or is the bottom cross member on sides of the rack too high to accommodate 20kg weight plates to sit on the ground?
meaning deads would have to be done out...
I'm looking at getting one of the following racks, but wanted to hear peoples opinions on the racks. I know the Force rack has a 2mm steel thickness, do you think this is too thin? Which rack would you choose and why?
