Anyone seen anything good about combining protiens? I had a look on google and came up with a few things but was looking for a bigger list. If anyone knows how to combine plant protiens that would be good as I eat alot of those.
Currently using nitric rush from Bsc and just bought some Myocytin from the same company, any issues with using both at the same time or is it best just to load up on the myocytin and forget the nitric oxide supplement.
Any help would be great guys.
