i have read a few articles promoting it has many health benefits, and is a MCT so is good for fat loss (with the right diet)

OK, this is currently an experiment but oh mamma, yum!
Will perfect over the weekend and update this post with whatever the "most excellent" version happens to be.
So this is what I used:
30g WPI (unflavoured)
15g raw cacao
15g coconut flour
10g coconut milk powder (Ayam from supermarket)
45ml...

Hey all,
I was watching the news a few weeks a go and it had Anthony Minichiello on there talking about how he trains, coming back from a bad back injury. He said that he drinks a lot of coconut milk and that it was really good for you. Can anyone elaborate on this? Wouldn't mind trying some.
Hey, I just bought some coconut oil the other day and I'm really not a fan of just downing it with a spoon. I have started using it to grease the pan when I make pancakes as it also adds to their flavour. Anyone got other ways of taking it? :rolleyes:
I want to switch from olive oil to coconut oil, but my two local Coles and a Safeway don't have any. I'll check out the local Indian groceries shop.
