stretching is crucial, one of the key components to properly performed exercise, some provide a good "pre-stretch" while some don't, I think I'll list some...

2015 AusBB pullup thread.
Each rep needs to be full range, and clip posted. Straight bar preferred, but only if available in gym.

What's you preferred chin up bar? Straight or the Multi grip variety?
I have never used a multi grip bar. I have only used a straight bar or a chin up bar that kicks down like a lat pull down attachment.

THIS IS NOT A TYPO,
Unlike the bench press, most guys gauge chin up performance on 'how many reps' they can perform, not how much weight they can move.
The chin up is one of the most important excerises anybody looking to get stronger and bigger can do.
I think you should be able to 'chin'...
I got my power rack yesterday and it has a bar for doing chin ups(muscle motion rack). I gave them a try last night and i can do around 6 or 7. How is the best way training to increase the reps I can do.
I know I need to do them to get better but is there any training methods out there...
